Wendy Sue Dyer Fratto

 Wendy Sue Dyer Fratto age 60, of Smyrna, DE formerly of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, passed away unexpectedly early on Saturday, April 5, 2025.

Wendy attended Dickinson High School. She then studied marine biology in the Florida Keys. Wendy loved her grandchildren, going to the beach and being on the water.

Wendy was preceded in death by her daughter, Shelby Rybicki; mother, Bonnie Sue Flowers and father, Phillip Dyer Sr.

Wendy is survived by her daughter, Daina Lynn Ratliff (Kristopher Sr.); brothers, Phil Dyer Jr and Richie Dyer; sisters, Stephanie Flowers and Kristy Flowers; grandchildren, Kristopher Ratliff Jr, Anthony Ratliff, Aurora Ratliff and Jayden Jadusingh; and great grandson, Rowan Kristopher Lambert Ratliff.

Funeral Services will be private.
