William “Billy” Marine, age 58 of Wilmington, formerly of Seaford, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017.
Billy worked as a horse trainer and truck driver in Federalsburg, M.D. before later working various positions at RVRC. He loved animals, especially horses and his dog friend, Buddy.
Billy is survived by no known immediate family. He leaves to cherish his memory, many friends, coworkers and his best friend and roommate, Theresa as well as her boyfriend, Rick.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
