William J. Smenkowski Jr., age 62, of Wilmington, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
Bill retired from the Philadelphia Carpenters Union Local 626 and also worked at the Frame Boys Club.
He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. He enjoyed fishing, playing guitar and listening to his favorite band Pink Floyd. Bill was an original member of the Pink Floyd cover band, Echoes.
Bill is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Porcaro, who he has been with for 30 years and married to for 16 years; daughter, Samantha Smenkowski - Heacock (Zachary); step-son, Joshua Yoder (Danielle) ; brothers, Charles Smenkowski, Michael Smenkowski and Jimmy Truono; sisters, Susan Major and Patricia McMinn; father, William J. Smenkowski Sr. (Patty) and mother, Joan Truono (James).
