Age 45, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 6, 2011.
Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman and caught a NJ State record 43 lb, 48" Striper. He was a brown belt in Martial Arts and enjoyed teaching his skills to children in his classes.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents Marie and William Tulowitzki, Jr., and his beloved dog Sadie. He is survived by his devoted twin brother James; sisters, Julie Brady and Connie Curtis; niece Tracy Greenough; nephews, Ryan Rossell, Vinnie & Lucky Greenough, Kurtis Rossell; great niece Maleeah Greenough; and best friend Victor Lebron.
Funeral Services will be 11 AM on Saturday, February 12 at the Chapel at Gracelawn Memorial Park, N. DuPont HWY, New Castle, where visitation will begin at 10 AM. The family requests everyone to wear casual attire.
